Return Policy – Best Deal Office

At Best Deal Office, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand the terms and conditions for returning office furniture, Apple products, and televisions.


Office Chairs, Desks, and Cabinets

All office chairs, desks, and cabinets are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

Return Requirements:

  • The item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were sold.

  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and original box. No exceptions.

Return Fees:

  • A 15% re-cleaning/restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  • If an exchange is made in-store for another product of equal or greater value, the re-cleaning/restocking fee may be waived at the discretion of Best Deal Office, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was purchased in.

Shipping Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Any damage incurred during transit is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting the 15% re-cleaning/restocking fee.


Apple Products

All Apple products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • The item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were sold.

  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and original box.

  • All accessories, including the charger cable and charging block, must be included with the return.

Return Fees:

  • A 15% restocking/re-testing fee will apply to all Apple product returns that result in a refund.

Shipping Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Any damage incurred during transit is the responsibility of the customer.


Televisions

All TVs are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and include 90-day in-house warranty provided by Best Deal Office. We protect against any non-physical, non-liquid, and indoor-use-related defects. TVs used outdoors or with signs of physical or liquid damage are not covered.

Warranty Coverage:

  • TVs that meet the warranty conditions will be replaced.

Extended Warranty Options:

  • You may extend the standard 90-day warranty to 1 or 2 years from the date of purchase for an additional fee.

  • Please speak with a store associate for pricing and eligibility of extended warranties on specific TV models.

TV Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Returns/Exchanges on TVs are only accepted if initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • The TV must be returned in the same condition it was sold and in its original packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, it may be waived if the TV is exchanged for a like or better model at the discretion of Best Deal Office management. 

  • Any TVs that attempt to be returned/exchanged with any physical, liquid, or outdoor-use-related damage will not be accepted.

  • An additional pick-up fee will be charged if the TV is required to be picked up. On-site testing of the TV will need to be conducted to check for physical damage prior to accepting the return and proceeding with the pickup. If physical damage is found during the inspection process, the return will be denied on the spot, and the pick-up fee will remain in effect.

Refrigerators

All refrigerators are considered a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be issued for refrigerators. All refridgerators are sold as brand new, unless other wise marked, and include a full warranty directly through the manufacture. Please contact them directly with any warranty or service issues.

General Return Terms & Conditions

  • Unacceptable Condition: Best Deal Office reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is in unacceptable condition or shows signs of abuse or misuse.

  • Refused Returns: If a return is refused, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Any refused return not shipped back within 10 days will be considered abandoned property.

  • Physical Damage: Items with physical damage are not eligible for return at any time.
