We strive to accurately represent all products on our Site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Product availability and specifications may vary.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors or discrepancies may be corrected at our discretion.

4. Warranty

• All office chairs come with a 1-year warranty, covering functional defects.
• Apple products and monitors include a 90-day warranty, while iPhones come with a 30-day warranty.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, cosmetic wear, or issues caused by misuse.
• Products must be inspected at the time of pickup or delivery. Any damage reported after purchase will not be covered.
• For valid warranty claims:
  • Items will be repaired within 5 business days if possible.
  • If a repair is not feasible, a replacement may be offered.
  • If no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be issued based on current market value at the discretion of Best Deal Office management.

5. Limitation of Liability

Best Deal Office is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits resulting from the use of this Site or the products sold on it.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Nevada.
